I tried 3 different makeup removers and it will not come off . It ends up clumping and taking my lashes with it. Not my favorite product.

I do not like the new formula at all. This has always been my favorite mascara but this new formula is awful. I can’t seem to get it to wash off completely, I have to use 3 different things to get it off and there is still residue left on…and I do not like the change of the brush either.

The old formula was amazing and was all I ever wanted from a mascara! This new formula is NOT water resistant...it is water PROOF!!!! Like impossible to get off. You will loose many lashes in your efforts.

I ordered a ton of the (old) formula for my clients. We all loved it! I tried this (new) one and it is so hard to get off. Does not look or work as well. They should’ve made this new one separate and called it waterproof with because it is so drying and more waterproof than resistant. Please bring back the other one:) I hate to find a different brand to sell my clients.
