Bridal Beauty Diary: Treatment #4

With a little less than two months to go before my wedding, I’m definitely stepping up my beauty game. Thankfully, glo’s National Educator, Amanda has helped me with every step along the way. Our regularly scheduled facials mixed with professional peels has done wonders for my skin already. Today we’re sharing with you our most recent treatment that targeted a few problems on my chin.

First, Amanda cleansed my face with Essential Cleansing Oil and then my favorite, the Gentle Cream Cleanser. Adding this one-two punch to my nightly beauty routine has really made a difference for my dry, sensitive skin. Next, she toned with Conditioning Mist to help balance and soothe with antioxidants and hydrators.

She then applied two layers of the Pro 5 Exfoliant with cotton-filled gauze pads which is a great product to apply before performing extractions. After performing extractions around my nose and chin, she then applied another layer of the Pro 5 Exfoliant to eliminate any oil or dirt that was leftover.

Amanda then performed a chemical exfoliation by applying a layer of Flower Enzyme all over my face except my chin where I was having a few larger breakouts. On the problem areas of my chin she applied a layer of our Enzyme. The glo Enzyme has 5% Salicylic Acid, so it is a great, gentle exfoliant for breakouts. After 5 minutes, she removed both products with cool, steamed towels. What I loved about the Enzyme treatment was that it was gentle but effective and didn’t cause any discomfort!

To replenish and add moisture to my skin, Amanda applied our Restorative Mask. This mask is deeply hydrating and smells amazing. It is one of my favorite at-home masks that’s perfect for a spa night at home. Amanda left the mask on for 10 minutes then removed with a steamed towel.

Once removed, she applied our Phyto-Active Firming Serum to help prevent signs of aging as well as Cyto-luxe Eye Cream and Phyto-Active Face Cream. She ended the treatment with a thin layer of Solar Shade SPF 50 and Lip Revival.
